Rated 2 out of 5 by from was hard to use I tried to get out of the "premium" edition because I didn't want it. The software wouldn't allow me to go "back" and not use it. I called their customer service and was on the phone with them for more than thirty minutes!!! they finally told me that they had fixed it and that I would not be charged, but I haven't seen where there has been a deduction for it! I may have to contest the charge!!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Easy but Expensive I have been using TurboTax since I've started doing my own taxes as a teenager. It's easy to use and they help you understand each process. However, as I have gotten older they have been charging more and more to file my taxes.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor Completely incompetent. I used Turbo Tax last year and it is asking me where I did my taxes last year. I have resubmitted my taxes 4 or 5 times today. You are saying I have the wrong AGI. Well, I don't. That number I'm using is on my 2021 tax return. Why am I paying you to mess up my taxes?
