I didn't like how the price kept increasing at every other turn for (unnecessary) added services. Including adding one at the end that I had already declined. It ended up being more expensive than I originally thought it would be.

I've been using TurboTax for years and a form changed this year but the TurboTax system did not know and caused me to spend hours and hours on the phone to get it resolved. I asked for a refund on the business download that I paid for to compensate me for my time and the TurboTax representative ignored my request. in addition to the fact that I missed my filing deadline for my business filing with the IRS due to waiting on a technician call back that never came still. very frustrated.
