Anthony walked me thru it, down to the last step of resubmitting it. He helped and we even got a little money back from our prior years returns! I never would have felt confident doing that on my own.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from No option to downgrade products Once you click on a link to "UPGRADE" your product you cannot go back and downgrade it to a regular/ basic product. This is ridiculous!!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Totally reliable I've used Turbo Tax for years, easy to follow. Multiple entries are filled in once their entered the first time. Calculations are done for the user and errors are caught by the program. It's a great product.

Q: Are there ways I can subscribe to it for the current year 2023 NOW and keep updating/accounting the details as they occur. For example donations, property taxes, scholarships, big expenses. Maybe you have it, I would love to learn more about it. Thanks.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worth it! I have been using Turbo Tax for several years! I recently decided to upgrade to a premium version and just want to say it was worth it! I needed some extra help and had the option to have a tax expert chat with me or call me. I chose to have a chat and then gave them access to my screen and they guided me via chat. Definitely worth it.
