Rated 2 out of 5 by from Updates make state taxes very cumbersome Normally easy to use, my state tax fields this year required that I go through each box and indicate that sale of stock (capital gains) were not in fact sale of property in Oklahoma. Methinks TurboTax could fix this since my "race against the clock" wound up costing me 4+ hours over the course of 3 days.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Makes Complicated Taxes Easier to Understand Turbo Tax made it so much easier to do my taxes. The software is easy to understand and runs smoothly. I had some questions and the help was terrific, both chat and on the phone.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from No Mention of form 1095-A Why does TT not prompt for any entry of form 1095-A Data. Because of that, I had no idea I was supposed to submit that info, so I did not with my 2021 Return and the IRS contacted me for the info. Now, while submitting my 2022 Return, still, TT does not mention that form and I had to research to see how to fill it out. The method is very odd, because it is not even built into TT and you have to search outside of the program. Worst of all is, after doing that manually this year (meaning not prompted by TT), I discovered that doing so gave me over $2,000 of add'l refund. No doubt, that means that I also over-paid my taxes last year, because of this flaw in TT. Now, I will need to file an amended return for last year to correct that. I am amazed that TT has this oversight in its program! I have used TT for many years and have been otherwise, generally happy with it.
