Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Customer Service is Awesome The Customer Service Agent, Tammy in Florida helped me secure a HUGE benefit of Thousands of dollars by helping me to file an Amended Return for 2021 Turbo tax return. Tammy was able to find the error in my mortgage deduction that I suspected was there as there was a sharp reduced deduction in a year to year comparison. Tammy was patient and very smart and detailed oriented in order to find the error that was buried in the worksheet forms.

One comment, estimated tax payments made for the filing year should not be under "Tax Breaks" - they are not "breaks" at all and were paid ahead due to an amount owed the previous year. As a result, I was very unsure when the topic of other payments to the IRS didn't come up prior to entering the "Tax Breaks" section. The rest of the experience was very good, and I'll use TurboTax again.
