Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is awful Was not able to import from Charles Schwab. Throw errors. Had to enter a ton of data by hand. The foreign tax credit is garbage. The app is so outdated and needs to be rewritten from scratch. I have used it for years but will never use it again. Heading to H & R next year.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not as reasonable as they use to be It appears to me no matter what option you choose to file you still pay more than the advertising amount. The amount keeps going up in spite of you being a yearly returning customer.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Did not provide the correct option for filing inco I've filed with Turbo Tax in the past and the same issue arose this year - it is impossible to correctly file graduate student stipends through this system. I navigated through the Help sections and nothing remotely addressed this issue. I also attempted to chat with a representative but my problem was deemed 'too complex' and Turbo Tax stated that I had to pay for the top tiered taxes package to have someone help me. I will never use Turbo Tax again and will instead pull the forms directly from the IRS website.

I have used Turbo Tax for the last 20 plus years, and they haven't let me down at all. I would highly recommend.
