Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Premium has bugs for foreign resident I live outside of the US (Sweden). Every year, I file US tax using their Turbo Tax Premium. I imported 1099-DIV from E-trade every year but each time during the federal tax review, it complains about 1099-DIV address and asks me to enter the zip code and state. There is a drop down for foreign country but the drop down doesn't work. I cannot select my residence country of Sweden in the foreign country drop down. It's very annoying. I was forced to select a random state and random zip in order to be able to file federal tax electronically. Developer: 1. 1099-DIV form --> Address--> foreign country drop down box Please fix the 1099-DIV form's address foreign country drop down field. During the federal tax final review stage, it complains about the state and the zip code not being correct. It does not let user select foreign country in the drop down box. It forces me to select some state and zip code which do not apply to and do not exist in Sweden. This is very frustrating! 2. Physical presence (during the foreign income credit stage) In the drop down to select country that I was residing in the M-Z box, Sweden is not in the list.

Now with the addition of the last couple of years with audit protection and live chat, my confidence to file grows! Thanks TurboTax for killing it each year!
