She didn't give up in situation where it was unknown to her as well. She kept searching for solution until we found the answers we needed. Many props!!!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Great in the past I've used Turbo Tax for several years now. In the past I was offered a free filing since I use the short form and am low income (retired). Last year I used a local service due to the sale of a home. Returning to Turbo Tax this year I found the process very cumbersome and very expensive. It was especially trying for me to find online copies of my 2021 returns since my hard copy was misplaced. Then I was overwhelmed that approximately 1/6 of my return was taken for the "service" you provided. I will use a different tax preparer in the future.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbotax is destroying this country Yes, you have a nice interface. But you've lobbied against making paying taxes easier for every taxpayer in this country. You've cornered me into needing to use your service. I have to use it, but I won't like it.
