Rated 1 out of 5 by from Cash grab service Will say how its free then towards the end will charge and not say exactly what's causing it, should also be free for military families, i will make sure to prepare taxes somewhere else next time. Then charge $119 for a $400 return

I have used four or five others, over the years, and when I have a complicated tax year, TurboTax is my go-to. Feedback: This year I did get into a bit of a question loop with turbotax, it kept wanting me to review stuff repeatedly and I was not sure why. Eventually I worked through it by guessing what was needed. It was the first time this happened and I still continue to rate this the best. Questions and guidance are very clear and they use lots of encouraging wording! I feel they know what they're doing and they give me confidence I'm doing it right. Thanks turbotax

Rated 1 out of 5 by from This is the worst experience I have had with Turbo Turbo tax would not let login to my Stock account. I had to enter all of it by hand. It locked up and would not let me pay for the state cos t of filing. Took a whole day to do my taxes instead of 3-4 hours.
