Rated 1 out of 5 by from Cost almost as much as having taxes prepared I used a free site to file my father's return and it was easier than using Turbo Tax. Unfortunately, I didn't qualify to use that site, so I purchased Turbo Tax for $60. After paying for the program, I was charged an extra $45 to complete my state taxes, which was fine, but after that I was charged another $25 to FILE the state taxes. If I hadn't waited until the last day, I would have used a different method to file. Next year I will pay someone to complete my taxes for not too much more.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good but Pricing is misleading Its 2023, the world is in shambles and I don't appreciate the fact that I went with this option because it advertised as free and it allows me to claim the dependent credit but when I put my daycare expenses it force me to pay for it the deluxe turbotax and I think its really misleading. I didn't think something as simple as reporting my childcare expenses should be included if I have to claim the child tax credit
