Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy to follow putting information in the forms. I had to contact a live expert and she was very helpful. Somehow I must have accidentally removed a number and couldn't find my taxes due. I think her name was Lakedra, or close to it.

I was really worried about my tax return, but Kristen M. helped me file and get money back, by maxing my deductions even though I was really worried about breaking even. Without her help, I wouldn't have claimed everything that allowed me to get my refund! Thank you Kristen M. and TurboTax!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Absolutely Difficult to Use This is my 3rd year using Turbo Tax Business on my desktop. It has not been easy. The state return always comes in right before the April 15th deadline, which means I have had to file for extension every year. And there are constantly bugs in the software. I spent a lot of hours on the phone with the Support folks who had no idea how to help me because I was not using the online version. BLERGH. I won't be going through this fiasco again next year.
