This required several phone calls and appointments to make sure that my taxes were done correctly and that I was getting the most out of my return. I will definitely use full service again

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Hidden Fees I had a horrendous experience. It wouldn't let me easily access data that I needed to, and then it charged me excessively to fix it. This service is so over priced. The basic model has so little, then they include adds all throughout the experience, and they try to coerce you into spending hundreds more as you go through the already lengthy process. I will never use this service again.

He made it seem easy. Best online support I ever received. He deserves a big rise and you need to keep him on your team!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from No E-file, same cost??? This is the second year in a row I have attempted to use turbotax, and cannot e-file. I submitted my taxes 5 different times using guidance from the tax experts at Turbo tax, and still got rejected.I am done with TURBOTAX for good, H&R next year for sure.
