Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is my Friend I'm a total newb with Turbo Tax. I had a lot of apprehension and procrastination with doing taxes. Turbo Tax took a stressful situation and turned it into a friendship! Haha! Sounds strange, but the way that it is designed helped me to take deep breaths, and click on. And I made it! Thanks, friend!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from It's usually great except for a couple of things It was fine for the most part but this year, there was a glitch. And it said I didn't file with Turbo Tax last year (2021) when I did, and I was able to even download my return from last year from the account. Second, I think the online version needs some kind of versioning. I made a serious mistake and I had to clear and start all over. At the very least, we should be able to restore from the previous login or two.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from 2 big problems First we were required to take 2 distributions from my IRA, RMD. Only one is showing as an RMD, the other went into pension. Do not know how to fix this. Requested a call- it rang once and left a voicemail. Second we had solar put in- federal forms were no problem.. state forms didn’t get filled out! I checked and the necessary form was listed as available- but not. So, now I have to file amended returns for both federal and state. Not a happy camper!,
