Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome I had a few issues with filing my taxes and when I called turbo tax support, they were very helpful in resolving the issues. It was also a fairly easy process for someone like me who is not very computer savvy.

I was hoping I would get some explanations or walk through the process for the exorbitant additional fee that I incurred through using Live Assistance. I still ended up having to go and work through filing myself and eventually figured out how to decrease what I owed. For future refrence, using your cusor on our shared screen to repeatedly circle an instruction or basic explanation, is NOT what I would consider helpful. I can read, and already saw and was aware of all of that, I payed for Live Assistance in order to have that elaborated on or broken down, not just highlighted for me in a way that feels patrontizing. I should've just done it on my own, I would've saved myself a bit of money.
