I was stuck on a final screen, I couldn't move forward. Latoya was there every steps make sure I am able to complete my TAX return.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Features not work At some point in the process, I was required to upgrade services for "accuracy" to connect my credit card account. This feature ended up not being able to connect to my account in which I was forced to manually enter expenses.
