Rated 5 out of 5 by from Walks You through your taxes thoroughly I've been using Turbo Tax for 4 years now. It allows me to do my taxes knowing that I will get an accurate return. I don't have complicated taxes so it's easy to do them.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from one big problem You use a 3rd party to email that verfication to my email. IT goes IMMEDIATELY INTO my spam/spoof email. Didn't know where it was till I called my provider and they explained that it would ALWAYS go there. You need to stop that. Never had that problem before.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I got the help I needed I talked to 3 different experts I forgot the name of the first one but it was really helpful and he explained everything to me. The second one just confused me more and the third helped my finalize my taxes and that help was for free. This is my third year doing my taxes with turbo tax and am satisfied with the process but they keep increasing the prices. I paid $80 when it was $40 last year so thats interesting. Also the only reason why I paid $80 was because I called and got help from Pairs because before it was trying to charge me $140 which is too much for turbotax, I would have gone to an in person tax service that was cheaper and is $100. I gave 4 stars because I did get help and I think a great return and the process was a little frustrating but its good.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy & Fast! I love TurboTax as it's always the fastest, easiest and most reliable way to do your taxes. They really walk you through it to the point that no one should be paying a firm to do their taxes if they have just a simple tax return to do. Highly recommend!
