Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst experience ever! 0 tech support - you can speak to someone who doesn't know anything and can't fix anything. Continuously revived error messages of Oops something went wrong. Took me 4+ hours just to pay and transmit my return. This is a piece of garbage

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Suggested improvements (1) The process of importing 1099 data from brokerage accounts needs to be improved. When both spouses have separate accounts at the same brokerage company, Turbo Tax did not allow me to login to the second account after downloading the data from the first. There seemed to be no option to input the user ID & password for the second account. It kept going back to the first account when I tried to import the second account data. I ended up inputting manually the data for the second account.
