Rated 3 out of 5 by from Why does a $100+ product have so many ads? It did the job great, it's easy to use, but it seemed like every other screen was trying to upsell me on a better package or live service or something else. If this was free I'd understand it but this is far from it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo tax provided perfect questions. This was the first time in Twenty years filing online. Last year the IRS took 9 months to send my refund. I didn't want to wait again this year, so I took a chance and filed with Turbo tax. The experience was rewarding, so I'll file again next year online!

I've never had a problem using this website and I've always had the added comfort of knowing that if something happens and my taxes are filed incorrectly or someone might try to steal my info I'll have TurboTax on my side!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbotax is confusing and wastes a lot of time. confusing and repetitious at times. you ask for stuff you have already asked for. you ask for things you don't need. Most Important-- You should save every page automatically. I had to do whole return twice because I asked for axplanation of something and when I got out of the question, the work I had done was GONE. this is at least 20 years that I have used Turbotax
