Rated 2 out of 5 by from will not be returning I spent a week without any word from anyone, after I had initially spoken to the first ‘tax expert’.. called 3 times to get help. The first 2 were the same. ‘I’ll send a message, see what I can do.’ The second person I had a bit of hope for because they said that if I didn’t hear from my original tax expert they would give me a new one. Next day, didn’t hear back at all. So I called again. The second tax expert did not let me finish speaking. Every question she asked I was interrupted. Needless to say I was very frustrated and will not be returning to turbo tax ever again. Terrible customer service.

When I added a few documents I had forgotten about after they had finished our taxes, the expert was pleasant about it all and had them refigured in short order. The time quoted versus actual time was great as well.
