Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo tax is an outstanding tax program! at first the experience was frustrating because my return was rejected 4 times. but with the help of an assistant from turbo tax by phone my taxes are finally done! thank you Turbo Tax!

For for me at least, for the most part TurboTax Premium was easy to use and it was for the most part excellent BUT going from "Start Your Return for Free" to needing TurboTax Premium was Not easy at all. I got the idea the 1099-NEC was going to attach as I was entering the info, OR right after it was done being entered. IT WAS VERY UNCLEAR that it woudn't attach until it was ready to file, so I kept re-entering the info! Very Frustrating!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax worked well EXCEPT for not working All worked well. The biggest problem happened on the last page. I was online in Firefox. The last page did not have a final submit button! Had to call in for help. Yolanda walked me through downloading Chrome instead, changing to a current phone number, and getting to the last page again to submit.
