Rated 1 out of 5 by from My last year using TurboTax I've used TurboTax for my taxes since 2015 and this will be my last year. I've used it so I was able to get my full refund and the past few years things have just gone down hill, first my refund gets denied so then I have to mail it in and I didn't get my 2019 taxes until 2021 and now I'm being charged over $100 even though I didn't use any of the add-ons while doing my taxes. I used it because it was free and now its not so this is my last year using TurboTax.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from seamless product from year to year, mostly Great to pull over most information; some info still requires it to be filled in, even though it hasn't changed in many years. The cost should be stratified; meaning, the easier the return, the less cost it should be. I used to pay around $100, it's now almost $200. My return is not complex.

Also, brokerage accounts were visited but not needed and turbo tax kept making me fill in info that wasn't there. 0.00, no info, random date, etc, to finish filing.
