In my final review before filing, TT discovered an incorrect zip code for one of my 1099-INT forms - which wouldn't allow me to file electronically. But it wasn't the zip code - the worksheet had incorrectly given the wrong STATE. Finding my exact problem in community support was tedious and time consuming. I had to delete the 1099-INT and re-type by hand.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Extra fees unexpected I have used Turbox Tax for several decades. I used a CPA last year because of several complications in my tax. Coming back to Turbo Tax this year was disappointing. My major complaint was the unexpected fees of $273 at the end. I still do not know why I was charged these fees. I am guessing it had to do with using an expert. A service that came with the Premium Version, or so I thought. The expert were of no help. Another irritating problem was that I was unable to tell if some (not all) boxes were checked or not.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not Turbo Not turbo at all. SO many steps should've been quicker & easier as I've filed with Turbo Tax for the past several years. It seems that almost every section requires multiple reviews, signatures, etc. VERY TEDIOUS, I'll probably look elsewhere next year...
