Rated 4 out of 5 by from TT is very helpful but there are still bugs TT takes their user through each step. It is not always easy or obvious how to download info like W-2's or investment companies/banks. I big issue is that while it runs Smart Check to eliminate errors, a big help, it doesn't identify if you failed to enter the IRS personal IP PIN. You will file and get rejected by IRS before TT tells you to enter the IP PIN and how to enter it. This should be done while user is completing forms.
