Rated 1 out of 5 by from Still very confusing I attempted to use the TurboTax App to file my returns but in the end I was forced to move to a computer to complete all the forms. The Scheduel C form for Self-Employment doesnt format to a cell phone correctly and there were numerous times when information that was input would not update/keep old numbers and when I tried toconnect my Uber account to TurboTax it input completely wrong info other than my name.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Works as intended So I have been working with TurboTax since I got my first job, and it does its job. It is pretty straightforward, and they make sure you don't mess anything up. They have people who can file for you if you can't be bothered. That's the good parts. I have 2 things I don't like, but they aren't terrible. The first is they constantly remind you of their upgraded plans, but they gotta make money somehow. The second thing is if you have questions regarding something or are unsure about something the information that they have available is not helpful, and personally leaves me more confused. But google exists so you can find what you need there. Overall good and easy to use. would recommend.
