Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax - helped for more than 20 years. Been using Turbo Tax for more than 20 years. This year, Sondra helped me file newly received K-1 forms and update a K-1 carry-over from last year. A very confusing issue that was quickly resolved with her help.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Glitch This year I discovered a glitch that got me last year. In the medical mileage entry, there are no supporting details entry and the field does not accept decimal points. So when typing in mileage and including a decimal point it includes the decimal place numeral as whole miles. Thus 2357.4 becaame 23,574 miles. I did not notice it last year but it showed up in the transfer as mileage last year. Every where else in Turbo-Tax entries automatically round decimal entries. Other fields in the medical section could use a supporting details entry to ease calculations.
