Rated 3 out of 5 by from Less solicitations I like the platform. It is fairly user-friendly. I did have issues finding how to input my 1099-NEC income. The main issue I have is all the solicitations to buy this and upgrade to that. TOO MUCH. Ask once and that is it. Stop begging for add-ons.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from It was ok Was wanting to file easy quick , just one w2 nothing else, no banking, no nothing. My 16 year old kid. They got me answering questions about international banking and retirement and etc. At the beginning I didn't check any of those boxes for a reason!!! Then pops up just to make sure and asks same dang questions. But overall it's not that bad and pretty good to be free.

No forms till the print out. could not see what was going on till the end. THEN THE REAL SLIP CAME IN. a $15 CHARGE TO FILE A FREE RETURN. WHAT A FREE RIP OFF! WON'T MAKE THAT MISTAKE AGAIN! could file in Colorado on line FOR FREE!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from The 2022 Turbo Tax had some issues I have used Turbo Tax for years since they purchases Parsons. I have had good results and few problems until 2022. I now use the chose what I work on as I seldom have too much new. But this year if I wanted to go backwards by pressing the back button the program would print everything in huge letters but only a small portion scrolled and there was no way to get to any entries. I wrote to them about it but it was not included in any updates prior to my filing about 2/3rds through March.
