Rated 5 out of 5 by from A seamless, quick experience AGAIN I was going to use a free service. I got to the end to find that I owed a lot. I came over to TurboTax to see if it was an error, but alas, I do owe that much. BUT, TurboTax was able to explain to me in a bit more detail, which I found valuable (like, why I owed that much AND told me there was a penalty for not withholding enough, which the other service did not tell me). All that and they still did not charge me! Fantastic. This is why I keep coming back.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Forced to Upgrade to Deluxe for $120! Retirement credit was issued for $110, but then had to purchase the Deluxe version for $59 for both Federal and State Returns, equaling $120, for a net negative of $10. Makes zero sense.
