The new fees and charges every year are getting to the point that I'd rather support a local company or franchise, though - at least then I can get real time answers that don't require scouring a database of possible responses based off of whatever algorithm y'all employ, and the reassurance of accuracy and security isn't an upcharge. I know everyone needs to make money but, oof guys. If TurboTax costs as much as an in-person appointment, what is even the point of it?
