Rated 4 out of 5 by from More explanation for terminology and other TurboTax is somewhat easy to use, but as to what to choose as answers to some of the information input is sometimes confusing leaving me unsure as to what I should respond. I found out one mistake I made that TurboTax did not explain or define by what they meant in a question and it cost me money and time. So, more information as to defining some of the terms or better explanations and examples for some of the questions would be helpful; or a "free adviser" there to answer questions and not having to browse and read a bunch of unnecessary stuff from community responses to questions or going through FAQ. I'm not talking about someone to guide you through the whole process as there is a choice to do that for an extra charge. I'm meaning to answer a question about an entry as they occur. Most of TurboTax is pretty up front and easy, but you can lose out by assuming the meaning or gist of a question for information input. I have stayed with TurboTax because I'm familiar with the layout and the carryover of information to the next tax year, but am considering at least entering information in another site like this one to see how it works. As I get closer to retirement and have a little more time, I will. I'm not saying TurboTax is a bad site, it's not, it's overall, pretty user friendly, but has room for improvement.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Reliable As Ever At Tax Time! TurboTax makes the burdensome task of calculating and filing taxes more bearable. One suggestion: My eyesight is poor, and I don't see the value added by having the text of the instructions within the tax form set in a light gray font. Consider a somewhat darker font in the future. Looking forward to next year!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is the best! Very easy to understand! It was a wonderful experience to know that I was able to use TurboTax without help. Taxes are not always the funniest thing to do. Using TurboTax helps me worry less to know the circled questions to help understand what the section is about without needing to chase a tax representative down to understand something that may be more simple than what it actually is. TurboTax also give more comfort to know that help is available if need. I made to to take extra advantage and pay for extras they offered because having them help me to know TurboTax is there to help even in the event of an audit. Thank you TurboTax! I am leaving with smile and comfort this year knowing you help me stay protected! :) Smile :)
