I also dislike that in my 8th year I need to verfiy info we already entered. Makes me doubt what is saved in their system. Additionally, I paid the $29 fee, and when I clicked to chat with a live agent, it prompted me to upgrade to the next level and pay $89.

I could zoom to the actual 1040 forms with the IRS formatted to find info. Now it's like filing taxes using google search. I cannot easily find entries Also I was not able to upload my previous turbo tax return, after my wife started. I had to pull up a pdf for 2021 return to enter. Everything here is dumbed down, forcing users to pay extra for online support or even have Turbo Tax do your taxes, except for very simple returns. Will find a better program next year
