Rated 5 out of 5 by from Over 20 years of awesome! I've used TurboTax for over 20 years, and it has worked amazingly well for me as my tax situation has become more complicated over the years. It handles stock options and RSUs, Health Savings Accounts, Home Business, kids and retirement, capital loss and gains, with descriptions and instructions that make it clear. I especially appreciate that TurboTax pulls information from last year's return and gives me a running comparison for last year and the current year as I enter information in each section, to help me make sure I don't leave anything out.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love the continued simplicity! It was late at night, and I did not want to wait any longer to file my taxes, and certainly not wait long before a good night's sleep. Well, less than an hour later, my taxes are complete, and emailed to the IRS, with an appreciable refund soon to be deposited in my bank account! Who could ask anymore, and without headaches! Gonna do it again, as I do every year for the last five years!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Free Filing - Now it Sucks Great product but removing the low-income ability to file for free...slap in the face and shows your true colors. Definitely looking for another option next year. Stole $178 of my money.

(i.e some questions about what I submitted in 2008? said I didn't work self employment this year though all of the questions were still asked.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy to follow I enjoyed the ease of using TurboTax online. It was very clear and easy to understand. However, with the state filing fee and the processing fee; it was very close to what my tax agent charged last year and that was much quicker; so I may go that route next year.

The process was fairly easy to work with even for an old man 75, the time listed was 4.5 hours, but I spent 2 days watching he little blue balls go round and round during the execution and the big black circles during multiple logins. I started Wednesday at lunch and finished Friday around 2:00 AM.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from good refund easy to do but had a surprise fee at the end saying i needed to upgrade to premium unexpectedly so it took away more from my refund to cover that. other than that was the same as last year
