Rated 2 out of 5 by from This is getting out of hand I have been with you folks for years now and every year this gets more and more expensive. I understand with stocks it adds more complexity but $39 filing fee to take this out of your refund is crazy. This is along with adding stocks which was $119. I am not going to pay $200 next year to file with you which is unfortunate as I have grown to love this layout. You should have discounts for people who have been with you for years. This is making me start looking at who I am going to use next year.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from This was terrible! I have been using Turbo tax for years. This year it was terrible. First off it transported all of last years info whiched caused me time sorting through and deleting old info. Two..it's questions were at times vague and confusing. Your product used to be straight forward but now you have to be a tax expert just to navigate. For the price i could have hired someone and saved the headache!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax keeps helping when you have issues I could not get the right AGI amount for my last year taxes and therefore the IRS kept rejecting my e-file submission. TT kept allowing me to repeat the process until I got to the right mount, providing instructions to determine the correct AGI. My previous years return had been amended and I wasn't sur how to get the amended AGI.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from turbo tax is easy but expensive turbo tax is easy to use. I like that they keep previous years info and show it to you as you go along. It makes filing much quicker. I also like that everything you need including online filing is just a click away. I feel that charging 39.00 for direct deposit is an overcharge and even when you choose the cheapest method of filling everything out yourself the cost ends up being over 200.00. It seems like, and pretty sure I'm correct, that prices to use this software continue to go up. I may be forced to look for a new forum to do taxes online, a pity, as i have been using turbo tax for over 18 years.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax makes filing easy Very satisfied with the product. Happy that it can carry forward prior year info. I wish the corporate version had a way to access information from Proseries - I had to enter all assets and depreciation into the TurboTax software when I retired.
