I like the way it compares one year to the next when you use Turbotax two consecutive years. What I don't like is finding answers to questions. This is complicated, and Turbotax generally refers you to a chat session. I don't always find this helpful.

Though I do owe money this year, I know I can trust that the total taxes owed is correct due to the double checking of Turbotax.
