Rated 1 out of 5 by from Badly designed product My first adviser vanished into thin air mid-sentence. I had to start the process all over again. Then my second adviser made an error which would have cost me money had I not caught it. My prepared return was not previewable until I submitted payment info, which now may be charged twice after I found an error and had to have the return corrected.

Turbo tax is awesome and has gotten better over the years. It gives me a ton of confidence that I can do my taxes right on my own.
