Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo tax premium Turbo Tax Premium, like any other options of Tax Turbo are very easy to use for me, however the price I had to add $60 just for premium to file section D, not cool. Other than that prices are still ok, and I use Turbo Tax for about 10 years now!! Strongly recommend it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very fluid and smooth operation, can be bettter? TurboTax is an incredibly fluid and smooth website that makes filing taxes an easy and stress-free experience. From the home page to the end result, the navigation is intuitive, and the site design is aesthetically pleasing. The user-friendly interface and step-by-step guidance make it easy to tackle even the most challenging tax situations. That being said, I believe there are still areas where TurboTax can improve. Firstly, while the platform offers a lot of options, it can be overwhelming for users who are not familiar with taxes. Simplifying the language and streamlining the process would make it easier for users to understand the platform and make better tax decisions. Secondly, the platform could do a better job of identifying tax-saving opportunities. While TurboTax does offer suggestions, more proactive notifications, and reminders could help users take advantage of credits and deductions they may have overlooked. Finally, the pricing structure could be more transparent. Although TurboTax offers several different packages, it can be challenging to know which one is the best value for your needs. Providing clearer pricing information upfront would make it easier for users to choose the right package for them. Overall, TurboTax is a fantastic website that brings ease and convenience into the process of filing taxes. With some minor improvements, TurboTax can continue to better serve its users and maintain its spot as a leading tax preparation platform.

Easy to upload paperwork and answer questions. There's a tab you can click if you don't understand what they're asking. Took me under an hour to complete
