Rated 2 out of 5 by from The changes have done me in Had to add gas & oil royalty income on separate pages making lots of extra time and work. Had to deduct expenses for each company separately instead of as a whole as was done before. This is impossible to do. Thus, could not deduct expenses- made for paying more taxs. NOT GOOD Also, the depletion used to be deducted automatically. Not now- has to be done individually. Time consuming.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax changes are awful! All the changes in this year's Turbo Tax are difficult and/or time consuming. I had to speak with a rep two different times as well as get help twice from one of my "guru" children. I will certainly hesitate to use it again next year since always before it has been so easy and I didn't need help to do my taxes, see the forms, or print. I have used TT for about 15 years and this was by far my worst experience.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I had a major problem. I downloaded TT Premier to my laptop and prepared and filed my 4 Kids returns. When I went to file my return I got and error message that the IRS would only accept 5 returns prepared. Keep in mind 5-4+1. I Spent 8 hours on the phone with 10 TT agents. the result was FINALLY to send me a Service Code for on line TT. I could not figure out how to transfer last years information to I had to use the info for my current return and input any data from last years return as necessary. This was nightmare!
