Rated 3 out of 5 by from Forced fees I have filed using turbo tax many times before. I used H&R Block last year and paid a professional it cost $400 today filing using turbo tax cost me over $280 and I did it all myself. The fee that made me angry is the extra $40 just to receive my refund. There was not an option to have it mailed I did not want to pay the fee but was required to check the box that said I accept the fee. That is wrong and theft. Their bank processing was not faster it guaranteed the same speed of refund delivery.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax The experience with Turbo Tax was good. The only problem I encountered was not realizing I had not completed the final step and my taxes had not yet been submitted. I had already printed them off and filed them away thinking I was done. Thanks to Turbo Tax for reminder email that the taxes were not completed. Whew!
