Rated 1 out of 5 by from Had to delete and redo 3 times Tricked with buttons to file the return in deluxe and couldn't change it without having to re do it and then the lady told me the wrong thing and I had to delete and re do it again. Next year I'm finding an accountant. Not easy to navigate.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from SImple but difficult to get the best value If you don't select the higher features you have to manually search for the items, they are not just in a manual list, so they are screened out but somehow that is the basic option? Also getting the advertised price is not easy either, once you log in even the service code redemption option or trying to switch to the free version is very difficult. Big surprise, its a known complaint but still isn't presented as an option, only paid options are presented and like everyone else I just paid it to get it done with. I would at least think after the complaints about this in the recent years the option would be available and not hidden.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Efficient service but too expensive Turbo Tax does make things easier for refiling However, I feel the price is pretty high. I could drop off my taxes at a certified tax consultant for less money. I will go elsewhere only because of the cost.
