Filing was taxes was a good process, but I choose to do my taxes on my own and I clicked on that chose at the beginning of my filing, however because I used the delux live filing last year it kept showing that I was using that and I was charged $129 for the upgrade that I never even used during my filing experience and there was no way to change it so I could get that $129 back. So next year after using Turbo Tax for 8 years I'm using someone else.

I only wish I could opt at the beginning to use standard deductions across the board to see what the numbers are BEFORE I go to all the trouble to put in the numbers, only to have it tell me "the standard deductions look best for you"
