Rated 5 out of 5 by from Agents help guide you through any difficulties The process was pretty easy considering I was not at all familiar with the tax filing process. My husband of 32 years always prepared our taxes and this was the first time since he passed away that I have done it. The last two years I used H&R Block, but I decided to try doing it myself. I used the online chat and call back help function to figure out some things that were uncommon and they were quickly resolved. The agents were very helpful and guided me through the difficulty. I would definately recommend this service and will use it again next year.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 2022 TURBOTAX MY EXPERIENCE WAS SIMILAR TO PAST USAGE. QUESTIONS ARE WELL WRITTEN AND EASY TO UNDERSTAND. WITH ANY PC PROGRAM, SOME INTUITIVENESS IS REQUIRED, BUT IT IS MINIMAL WITH THIS PRODUCT.
