Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible While the tool itself is fine - it appears that there are many issues paying with a credit card for the services. I called the "help desk" and they could offer no explanation. I looked on line and many folks had the same issue. How is this possible? I had to use my wife's name for the credit card portion. This is totally unacceptable and wasted alot of time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I am so thankful for help amending my return. When amending my 2022 return, I was asked to select how I wanted my refund sent. I entered my checking account information 4 times and when I was finished, the program brought me back to the same step again, Enter How You Want Your Refund, with a Start button. In frustration, I changed my option to Paper Check. My Amended Return finally proceeded to the next step, File and I was able to complete the process. I think your program has a glitch in it and needs to be reviewed. If the only option for a refund on an amended return is Paper Check, then only offer that option or create a flag saying Direct Deposit is not available on an Amended Return Refund. Monet was so helpful and patient walking me through the process, even though we got caught in the same merry-go-round of steps.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great, except . . . I've used Turbo Tax for many years and have one complaint that almost made me use another product this year. One has to be very careful when ordering the product. A so-called discount that I was offered (20% off regular price when buying directly from Turbo Tax) would have cost me almost twice as much as when I ordered it through Amazon. Also, last year I bought the most expensive product and it didn't include a form that was very important in filing my return. I had to get the form elsewhere, and then couldn't use Turbo Taxes e-file.
