Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is good but needs improvement Turbo Tax is great, unless you need to go and change previous answers. The back button does not always take you all the way back to the beginning of a topic. Some answers get locked in, and you cannot change them or delete the associated forms. Online assistance videos only showed you how to make changes in Turbo Tax online, but not on the download version. Sometimes you figure something out as you work through your taxes... and realize you put it in the wrong place. They need "delete and revisit" easy to find for each section, where it will truly start over. Turbo tax also needs a section where it lists all the uncommon topics and forms so that you can select them. I had to manually add forms for "like kind" sales of property and the associated depreciation. Just keep working on a product that helps more unique situations!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from AGI Problem The AGI is wrong because the program keeps putting a period behind it and you can't get it off of the return. Two years in row and Turbo Tax hasn't fixed this. Last time for me to use them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbotax makes filing so simple/easy to understand You keep up to date way in advance and make tax law changes easy to understnd. You also make it almost kind of fun for me when I'm filing bc there is constantly praise like "awesome!" or "Way to go!... Now lets look at..." It makes it feel like a real person is there. And the absolute biggest plus is how the tally of what dollar amount is going to be owed or what dollar amount is going to be returned shows and is tallied every step of the way.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from TurboTax for 2022 This years TurboTax has far too many changes and does not clearly reference our carried forward tax credits and such. It was so significantly different that we couldn't be sure our return was completed accurately. I rate this updated version as Poor!
