Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is user friendly, love it! I've used TT for over 20 years and really love it's ease of use, and love how it walks me through all the steps. This year, however, was the first year TT required me to print and mail in forms even though I had e-filed, but every time I tried to print the required forms I got an error msg that TT could not convert the files to PDF! How frustrating! And it makes no sense why I would have to go to the trouble and expense of printing and mailing after I have successfully e-filed. And since I could not see what forms are required for mailing I had to send all of them!. What a painful glitch in the TT software, as well as frustrating to have no explanation as to why this is required!!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Too much up-selling, cutesy animations Too much up-selling to things I don't need: accountant services (Turbo Tax Max on every third screen), getting my refund sent to a third-party (Klarna) instead of my bank account. This might be my last year of using Turbo Tax as a result.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Okay system, we'll see what happens if I get audit I liked that you can pull info directly from other sites, like brokerages and markets, which made things easier. I didn't like that there is little foreign income support; the tax "experts" that I spoke to had never heard of it, and there is no way to review the corresponding form to make sure my information was entered correctly, as the usual interview format does not cover my situation exactly.
