Rated 3 out of 5 by from Odd that you have to pay for customer service You disguise it as having an accountant on call, but I had to search the Internet for an answer to a question related to the product. Disappointing, but not surprising from Intuit, where my wrestling as a CEO of a small company with quickbooks is the single largest administrative task I have. Total waste of time

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Poor time to ask for Drivers License In general it was a positive experience this year, BUT there was a moment after entering my bank info for Federal return direct deposit when the app asked for my drivers license and something about the timing of that request was so discordant that I felt real rage. The feeling was "I thought I was done, what's going on now, how much more data entry is left to go?" Maybe consider collecting drivers license info earlier in the process instead of at the end because that was very frustrating.
