Rated 4 out of 5 by from Difficult to Retrieve Account Although I have been using Turbo Tax for almost 10 years, it was impossible to pull up previous tax returns from their site. Not sure why they could compare the previous year with this one if the site did not have the forms. I found this very frustrating and time consuming to go look up an older form for filing purposes. I am not sure if it is because I have purchased the program from Amazon the last few years or what but I hope that Turbo Tax gets this straightened out. Such is life; glad that they are completed. Especially happy that the thunder storm with lightening that was happening did not take out my power. Lol!
