Rated 3 out of 5 by from Had to Print Same as most years. I had to have a 5 digit code from last year I didn't save. Then my AGI was rejected so had to print and mail. Watch out for the fees, click the buttons for show more and other options when payment is involved.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Would love access to real forms for clarification. It's really hard to do this without looking at the forms. TT tries to describe things which, believe it or not, make more sense when you are looking at the actual IRS form. We used last year's printout a dozen times to make sense of the ask.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Long Time Customer I love Turbo Tax they make doing my taxes so quick and easy!! I am a long time returning customer of turbo tax and have been doing my taxes here for years. However, offering a discount for returning customers would be nice :)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very helpful I despise doing my taxes, but TurboTax does an excellent job of making everything pretty straightforward. The only confusing things are all the federal garbage that TurboTax can't control. I really appreciate that a service exists that is free and easy to use. I definitely would recommend it.
