Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax glitches Loyal 8 yr Turbo Tax user: I got through my entering all my tax information, went to file, and found that Turbo tax had changed the amount I had to pay. I went from $59 to $129. I called support, was on the phone for over an hour and they could not help. Then I got disconnected!! So I had to clear my whole tax document and start over. Turbo Tax definitely needs to fix that glitch.

BUT, your "Live Helps" saved me. I spent over 12 hours getting it all together, but your staff was so kind and helpful: Melissa? (4/15/23) Danaye (4/15/23) Doug (4/16/23) Jordan (4/16/23) You all were So Kind and polite and professional and knowledgeable. THANK YOU!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Exactly as advertised - why pay someone else?! We've been Turbo Tax customers for many years. It does not get much more easy than this. Best of, you're not having to pay a ton of money to have another individual, company, or service to complete your tax filings for the year. Lastly, TT has everything covered. VERY comprehensive. Strongly recommend.
