Rated 2 out of 5 by from turbo tax lacking support It was difficult to go directly back to an area already covered to make correction. i shouldn't have to scroll to get to the continue button. my e file was rejected for the second year in a row followed the steps to correct several times but still didn't work. even though e file was rejected my card was charged my tax payment. No real support available.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo tax is user friendly. The application was easy to use. The only thing I'm not sure of is the 5695 processes for my solar purchase. I used the full purchase price that I have financed. I did not get guidance if this was ok.
