I could not access my previous Intuit account because they said my password was wrong. Had to download from the site and pay more. Ran into some problems of not understanding what was being asked for and could not access explanations. Overall NOT happy.

Nothing during the process alerted me or prompted me to answer the questions for the required questionnaire and the return generated included an incomplete questionnaire, so I had to correct, complete, and paper file my State return.

You had duplicate accounts and one kept dinging me for credit card, so no deliveries till 3rd person discovered problem. Also... you keep asking me to input information which I already have - c'mon read the data base! Also... you can do better with state forms (MA). The wording is ambiguous and there's no direct help without launching to state site (which is only slightly more helpful). Better explanations of what is wanted in a particular box and why... and what is not.

A simple tax return is one that's filed using IRS Form 1040 only, without having to attach any forms or schedules. Only certain taxpayers are eligible.
