But, I was unhappy that when I wanted to look at a form ( in this case, form 8960), I could not see it. I spent more than 2 hours all together with live expert (s) who should have known right off the bat that I could not see the forms I wanted until I paid for the program. Since I buy the program (premiere) every year anyhow, either the program itself, or the Live Experts, should have prompted me to buy the program at the beginning.... or when I was looking for the form.....I don't think the purchase option should be at the end

Rated 2 out of 5 by from TurboTax Fees Not Clear TurboTax advertises that their services are "free" but in order to even submit the tax return they require a fee of almost $200. They add things to your tax return throughout the process and at the end tell you that you have to pay to process any "special" situations on your tax return. 9/10 would NOT recommend. #respectfully

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Customer Service I had a question, mid filing. I was able to schedule a call and continue working. Within 5 minutes, someone called me and answered all my questions! She was patient and had a delightful disposition. I'm not using any other tax service other than turbo tax in the future- SO MUCH better than last year's with a company that shall not be named.
